AVVISO PUBBLICO PER LA FORMAZIONE E L’UTILIZZO DI UN ALBO DEGLI OPERATORI ECONOMICI (AL.O.E.) DA CONSULTARE PER L’AFFIDAMENTO DI LAVORI, SERVIZI E FORNITURE MEDIANTE PROCEDURE DI ACQUISIZIONI IN ECONOMIA.

SI RENDE NOTO

che Co.Svi.G. S.r.l. intende procedere alla formazione di un elenco di operatori economici da interpellare per l’affidamento di lavori, servizi e forniture in economia, senza preventiva pubblicazione di avviso pubblico, applicando i principi comunitari e nazionali di trasparenza, rotazione e parità di trattamento, ai sensi delle disposizioni di cui al D.Lgs. 50/2016 (“Codice”) e s.m.i. ed art. 332 del D.P.R. 207/2010 (“Regolamento”).
L’elenco costituisce solo riferimento non vincolante anche per i lavori, servizi e forniture di urgenza o da affidare mediante procedura negoziata senza previa pubblicazione di gara, ai sensi dell’art. 63 del Codice, e per gli affidamenti diretti.

Pertanto, gli operatori economici che fossero interessati sono tenuti a proporre istanza di iscrizione, con le modalità indicate nel presente avviso.

ANNOUNCEMENT

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FORMATION AND USE OF A SUPPLIER REGISTER (AL.O.E.) TO BE CONSULTED FOR THE AWARDING OF CONTRACTS IN ECONOMY OF WORKS, SERVICES, AND SUPPLIES.

IS HEREBY GIVEN

That Co.Svi.G. S.c.r.l. intends to proceed with the formation of a supplier register to be consulted for the awarding of contracts in economy of works, services, and supplies, without prior notice, applying the European and National principles in terms of transparency, rotation, and equal treatment, in compliance with the Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and with the Article 332 of Presidential Decree no. 207/2010.

The register shall constitute a non-binding reference also for works, services, and supplies to be launched with urgency, contracts to be awarded with a negotiated procedure without prior notice, in compliance with the Article 63 of Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, and direct awards.
